You can return select items within seven days of delivery for a refund. Before initiating a return, please get in touch with us at akunz@manocraft.nl.
It's important to note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty by Mano. Shipping from the Netherlands to some countries can be pretty costly.
We recommend sending all returns insured and with tracking, as we want to ensure the safe and secure return of your products.
Once your item is received, we will promptly process your return. We know that waiting for a refund can be a bit of a hassle, but please allow 5-7 business days for the process to be completed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted, and your refund will be ready.
We care about the quality of our products, so all items must be in new, unused condition, with any tags still attached and the packaging intact. We understand that mishaps can occur, and if an item is damaged, soiled, or altered, we may not be able to accept the return.
